The Compliance Officer, Carrie Watters, is responsible for taking the report and informing the Vice Chancellor, Dr. Randall Brumfield, throughout the initial investigation. A site visit may be performed by the Compliance Officer, along with other personnel from the WVHEPC office, such as, legal counsel, financial aid rep., and a veterans affairs personnel. After the investigation is performed, the Compliance Officer will create a report that will be send to legal for approval. Once approved, the visit report will be sent to the school as well as the person who filed the complaint.

17: Additional Information
There is a 60 day grace period for renewal of a permit. Once the school exceeds the 60 days, they must start the process over, filing for a NEW permit. This also includes having to pay the initial permit fee of $2,000 instead of the renewal fee of $500.
